We are excited to announce that Poke is now available at Viet-Wah retail stores. Poke is a traditional raw fish salad that's served as an appetizer or entree in traditional Hawaiian cuisine. The fish is cut into small cubes then marinated in soy sauce, oil, and other seasonings.
