​Position: Seafood Department Supervisor
Role and Responsibilities ------
​

Maintain inventory and all seafood purchasing. Work with vendors and communicate regularly with themOversee staffing and scheduling
-
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
-
Ensure HACCP plans and health codes are being followed.
-
Ensure that seafood displays are clean, safe, and attractive
-
Provide excellent customer service
-
Train and educate staffInspect, maintain, and repair seafood tanks and displays
-
Clean, cut, process, and package fish and other seafood products
-
Other duties as assigned
Requirements ---------
-
At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United StatesFood handler’s permit
-
English proficiency- comfortable communicating with staff, customers, and vendors
-
At least 3 years prior retail experience and knowledge of seafood products
-
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Salary and Benefits -----------

Starting at $28-35/hour depending on experience
